Non-Delivery of Orders

Provide the necessary proof (photos, videos, or screenshots).
If required, return the item in its original packaging to the address provided by our support team.
Once the return is approved, we will issue a refund or resend a replacement item.
Returns may be required for refunds or replacements based on case evaluation.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
Shipping costs for returns may be covered by the customer unless the issue is due to our error.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., changing your mind after purchase).
